"Good morning all. Writing to express my appreciation to your radio station for the quality of music you play. I find it outstanding and refreshing to be able to receive, in my opinion, such high quality radio.
The downside is that I cannot receive in CAIRNS and find it very sad when unable to receive on net.
Regardless, keep up the great work, have a happy New Year and if at all possible, increase the power of your transmission. Kind regards"

Omid Master is both a talented musician and owner of Master's Persian Carpet Gallery in Port Douglas.
Omid Master began guitar lessons at 11 years of age and at 15 began songwriting and singing with drummer and school friend Peter Johns.
Later in Melbourne, Australia he sang and played in contemporary rock band Engine Room and hard rock band Freakshow.
In 2001 he moved to Far North Queensland where he went solo and acoustic playing live show venues all around North Queensland. In 2010 he signed to Green Media Distribution (MGM) and released two albums.
Master’s debut album Everything Is Okay reached the top 400 in the ARIA chart, which is an achievement for an independent artist living in a remote region. The title track was the theme song for the 2010 Port Douglas Carnivale and he went on to perform the song live on national television morning shows. Master’s second album Forgotten About Today hit the www.waterfrontrecords.com chart at number eight and with pre-release sales progressed to number four for three weeks running. The themes of this album relate to protecting the environment, living on the Far North Queensland coast, reflecting Master’s need to live for the moment and stand up against unsatisfying norms. The album has been described as “a heady blend of impressive instrumentation, crafted lyrics and relevant themes”.
His latest live performances focus on the deeper issues of life and the environment. He composes songs with co-writer Helen Ramoutsaki like “How I wish her healing”, centering on the paradigm shift needed to reclaim a healthy planet. This writing collaboration started in 2006 with the song “Side by side”, which was chosen as the theme song to the Laura Festival and was performed live with Coloured Stone.
In 2012 he released a song entitled “Daintree Dancing”, playing didgeridoo, acoustic guitar and using the ambient sounds of nature from his own backyard. Featuring the vocal talent of Upasana Papadopoulos, this recording marks a dynamic, creative breakthrough.
In 2013 Master recorded two new songs an acoustic love song called “Do you only shine (for me)” and in collaboration with dance recorded producer Mobin Master “I won’t burn (for you)”. Both songs are due for release on iTunes later this year.
In October 2013 Master will be playing at the Tableland Folk Festival. In recent years has opened for acts like Eskimo Joe, Jessica Mauboy, Matt McHugh (The Beautiful Girls), and Lior.
The Lounge currently plays the singles “Prefer Not Your Will” , “When I Close My Eyes” and “I won't burn (for you)”.
